What if we got this right?

We must take the time to ask ourselves what it is we want to create - or else we can’t create it.
Creativity and arts-based methods help us to (re)connect with where we are, and explore new realities and the path to get there.

Imagine if we created a world where we got this right. A world where all beings are liberated, including land, humans and non-human animals.

If we don’t take the time to ask such questions of ourselves and each other, we can’t create a different reality. As Toni Morrison said, "If you can’t imagine it, you can’t have it” (1992 lecture).
A few years back, I wrote about the importance of creativity and art for acknowledging and (re)connecting with where we are right now, and for cultivating radical imagination. This premise informs my creative leadership coaching.
We get to create this world through imagination and by doing so, a path to build such a future becomes more tangible.
Through coaching and arts-based methods, we can play with questions about new realities, such as:
Who do we see and how are they/we relating?
What is in place for all of us, including the land, to be vibrant, healthy and productive?
What am I feeling and doing in this new reality?
